Yes. You can manage your subscription anytime from the subscription management page and choose "Cancel at end of period" to stop automatic renewal. Please note, we are unable to offer refunds for late cancellations.

No. Each subscription is for a single user and cannot be shared. Jabacus does not offer network or floating licenses. However, if you need access for multiple users, you can set up a team subscription, which allows centralized billing and user management.

You can download or print results from the menu at the top right of each calculator. To print to PDF, simply use your browser's print-to-PDF option. Direct PDF export is in development.

Contact support and we'll cancel the extra subscription and issue a refund if applicable.

Free accounts have limited access. Some features—such as selecting location-based values for snow or seismic data require a Basic or Pro subscription. See the pricing page for details.

No. Jabacus is a web-based platform and requires an internet connection to use calculators and manage your account.

We are working on adding more help content and guides. For now, most calculators are designed to be self-explanatory, with inputs and diagrams included. If you're unsure how to use a tool, contact support@jabacus.com.

You will lose access to cloud-stored projects unless you reactivate your subscription. However, you can download your files before cancellation to store them locally.

Yes. You can change your subscription level anytime from your profile subscription page. Prorated billing may apply.

We accept major credit cards via our online payment processor. We do not accept payment by purchase order or EFT at this time.

Currently, Jabacus does not offer a public API.
